We are excited to offer in person, onsite worship services as an additional option along with our online worship services and ministries. There is limited seating in our sanctuary in order to adhere by the guidelines currently in place in St. Louis County. We can accommodate up to 20 households per worship service. When you use this new Save-Your-Seat Advanced Confirmation System, please confirm your space at the appropriate worship service (8:30 am or 10:00 am) by household and not by the number of individuals in your household.
It will be great to welcome families and individuals back into the sanctuary for worship services beginning this Sunday! Please confirm your visit using the link below so that we can ensure we have the proper amount of seating available for your household and other guests.
Here is what to expect when you arrive on Sunday:
All staff, volunteers, members, and guests will enter the church building through the North Commons Entrance. All other entrances to the building will remain locked.
A Hospitality Team member will ensure that you have pre-confirmed your spot for your household.
A Hospitality Team member will check your temperature, ensure that you are wearing a mask, and then invite you to sanitize your hands as you enter the building.
Masks, properly worn covering the nose and mouth, are REQUIRED THE ENTIRE TIME while in the building for everyone five years old and older. Our only 'mask free' zone is on the chancel area for those who are leading the worship service.
There is currently no onsite X Stream Kids Ministry, Rapids Youth Ministry, or nursery on Sunday mornings.
There is currently no coffee, refreshments, or snacks available on Sunday morning.
All members and guests of The River are expected to respect the 6' social distancing guidelines between households and to avoid handshakes, hugs, and high fives.
These guidelines are in place for everyone's protection. We seek to provide a safe space where even the most vulnerable among us can join us on Sunday morning if they choose to do so. Please remember that these guidelines are only for a season. We do not know how long this season will last. We thank you in advance of adhering to the guidelines that are in place and that we can do our part to model the love of Christ to those around us.
