On Sunday, November 12th, members of EUMC had the opportunity to vote at a church conference regarding the prescriptions drafted by the HCI Consultation Team in October. Our District Superintendent, Rev. Londia Grainger-Wright, presided over the conference. The vote was a unanimous "yes" to proceed with the prescriptions. Pastor Tim has been working with Rev. Jon Spalding, the HCI Coach, to implement the first prescription; improved hospitality. Our first step into this first prescription will happen tonight (Thursday, November 16th) with a Hospitality Training session with our current team and a nearly equal number of new team members. We will begin implementing some wonderful changes in this very important ministry as we head into the Christmas season.

Upcoming Sermon Series

"Found Faithful" Sermon Series concludes this Sunday, November 19th with "Faithful With All"

I've done this. Maybe you have, too. Read through the Bible and found a passage that we wish wasn't there. Something that may just seem too impossible or improbable to live into. This Sunday we will be exploring one of the most difficult teachings of Jesus from Luke 19:11-26, Is this passage really that difficult? You can decide. Is it impossible? Without faith, it most certainly is.

Will we be "Found Faithful" and hear the words of Jesus, "well done, my good servant...". (Luke 19:17a)

See below for additional Sermon Series.

We offer two distinct worship services on Sunday morning.
Our 9:45 am contemporary worship service includes modern Christian music led by 'midnight prayer', our amazing praise band. Our JAM (Jesus and Me) Children's Ministry also meets at 9:45 am for ages 3 years old through the fifth grade.

9:45 am Worship songs:
Love the Lord
Everything Glorious
Trading My Sorrows
I Can Only Imagine
Build Your Kingdom Here

Our 8:30 am traditional worship service includes timeless Christian hymns led by our Chancel Choir; the same message is offered at both worship services

8:30 am hymns:
To God be the Glory
My Lord, What a Morning
Shout it Out
Shalom to You

Childcare is available during both worship services in our newly renovated and professionally staffed nursery for children ages birth through 2 years old. We invite middle school and high school age youth to attend XP3 at 9:45 am (2nd and 4th Sundays of the month) or to join their families during the worship services on Sunday mornings.

We invite our first time guests to visit and click the "Are you a first time guest?" link near the top of the page.

See you on Sunday!
